Recycled Australian hardwood
We predominantly work in recycled Australian hardwoods. Recycled timber offers the unique advantage of a large array of variance. In order to exhibit and discuss this variance we categories our timber by way of species and/ or finish.
TALLOWWOOD
A mid yellowish-brown with hints of olive-green this timber is renowned for its destiny and oily touch.

DARK SPOTTED GUM
Richer chocolate brown tones, shows moderate movement and variation in grain.
LIGHT SPOTTED GUM
Lighter straw colours, moderate movement and variation in grain.
BLACKBUTT
Pale cream to light brown with occasional pink tinges. Moderately dense hardwood with gum veins common.
RUSTIC BROWN
Weathered timber with variation in colour from grey, brown and honey, a less is more approach to sanding so the character lives on.
ASH + OAKS
Light, medium honey-blonde colour, often straighter more uniform grain.
OREGON
Lighter coloured softwood with grains generally fine due to the age of recycled timber.
